Custom Repeatable Wand for Elev8 Vaporizers (Silver Surfer, Super Surfer, Da Buddha, or Elev8R)

This is a handcrafted wand made by the team of skilled glassblowers at the Elev8 Premier studio in Colorado Springs, Colorado! These wands are made-to-order using your exact specifications — you can choose between three different joint types, two screen options, and eight different frit color options to create the perfect wand for your Elev8 Vaporizer!

Joint Type

Start building your custom vape wand by choosing the joint which you would like to use. This will depend on which vaporizer you intend to use your wand with. Here is a quick guide to know which joint you should choose:

• Spherical Ground Glass
  
• Silver Surfer Vaporizers equipped with a Spherical Heater Cover or Baller Series Heater Cover.
• Super Surfer Vaporizers equipped with a Spherical Heater Cover or Baller Series Heater Cover.
• Male Conical Ground Glass
  
• Da Buddha Vaporizers
• Silver Surfer Vaporizers equipped with a Conical Heater Cover.
• Female Conical Ground Glass
  
• Elev8R Portable Vaporizers
• Any Vaporbrothers VB1 or VB1.5 equipped with their hands-free heater cover.
• Can also be used on Silver Surfer Vaporizers or Super Surfer Vaporizers with a Spherical Heater Cover (requires an old-style 15.8mm Hands Free Attachment).
• The rim of the wand will butt up against the curved portion of the Spherical Heater Cover. The Spherical Ground Glass option works better here, but using the Female Conical Ground Glass joint with a Spherical Heater Cover will work in a pinch!

Screen Type

We offer two types of screen arrangements for this wand — you can choose between a removable metal screen or an all-glass screen:

• Removable Metal Screen
• These wands use one of our standard vaporizer wand screens which is firmly seated in a small rim at the bottom of the bowl. The size of the screen depends on whichever joint type you choose:
• Spherical Ground Glass joint takes a 20.8mm screen (yellow pack).
• Male Conical Ground Glass joint takes a 14.8mm screen (green pack).
• Female Conical Ground Glass joint takes a 20.8mm screen (yellow pack).
• All-Glass Screen
• • This is a disc-shaped screen made entirely of borosilicate glass which is worked into the bowl of your wand, it's a permanent screen which is part of the wand itself. The All-Glass Screen has a series of thin holes or tubes that run through the disc in a honeycomb pattern. This screen can be cleaned by poking a pick, thin metal wire, or a thin pipe cleaner through the holes to unclog them. If you choose the All-Glass Screen you can also use one of our metal screens in conjunction with the All-Glass Screen (see screen sizes above). 

Frit Color

For the body of this wand, Elev8 Premier uses colored frit — small granules of colored glass which are melted together to cover the wand from end to end (excluding the joint of course). You can choose between red, yellow, green, blue, purple, black, white, or a random frit color. Every wand is also branded with a platinum Elev8 decal.

NOTE FOR SSV USERS: If you have an older Silver Surfer then your unit may have used the Old School Spherical Wand, if so then your SSV was packaged with the older 15.8mm Hands Free Attachment, and that Hands Free Attachment is not compatible with the current Spherical Ground Glass joint. If you only have one of the 15.8mm Hands Free Attachments (the one with the narrow opening), call us at 719-570-9928 to get a discount on the larger 20.8mm Hands Free Attachment.
