Step 5: We ship your piece to you, or you can come pick it up and hang out with us for a few.

This document and any future changes to it is your contract with us. We will refer to this document as your "Agreement" or "Layaway Agreement"; these terms also include any changes we may make to this document at any time. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time, by adding, deleting, or changing provisions of this Agreement. All amendments will comply with the applicable notice requirements of federal and state law that are in effect at that time. Please read this Agreement carefully. Keep it for your records.
"We", "us", "our”, and “Elev8 Glass Gallery” means Elev8 Glass Gallery LLC. "You", "your", and “customer” means the person who has entered into this Layaway Agreement.
Items permitted to be purchased through Elev8 Glass Gallery’ Layaway Agreement are at the sole discretion of Elev8 Glass Gallery.
Term & Termination
The length of this Layaway Agreement is determined by the total purchase price of the item(s).
Elev8 Glass Gallery reserves the right to amend or cancel the Layaway Agreement at any time, for any reason, without notice, at our sole discretion.
Non-refundable Layaway charge of 10% will not be refunded from the initial deposit if the agreement is forfeited by the customer. This is to cover all labor and time put into the layaway program by Elev8 Glass Gallery.
Store credit minus 10% of the total price is issued to the customer if they fail to complete the layaway program and forfeit their goods.
Layaway payments must be made in U.S dollars. Accepted forms of payment for layaway purchases include cash, debit card, or credit card.
A minimum initial deposit of 30% is required upon the original order date depending on the cost of the item. This initial deposit is determined solely by Elev8 Glass Gallery and the total order price. Following the initial deposit, minimum monthly payments are due the last day of each billing cycle. A billing cycle refers to each month in the agreed payment plan time frame.
You may pay all or part of your outstanding balance at any time. You must pay at least the minimum monthly payment due by the end of each month. Any payments exceeding the minimum monthly payment may be applied towards the subsequent month’s outstanding balance.
When the balance is paid in the time frame of this agreement the item that is part of the layaway program will become yours.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep track of any and all payment due dates. As a courtesy, Elev8 Glass Gallery offers a seven-day grace period for late minimum monthly payments. After this seven-day grace period, your payment will be considered missed and your layaway will be forfeited.
If you would like to continue the program after you have made a late payment you will be charged a $20 late fee to reinstate the layaway program.
Upon forfeit of a layaway, any and all items within the layaway order will be returned to stock. The initial deposit and any subsequent payments will be refunded only as store credits minus 10% of all paid monies to be kept for restocking purposes. A store credit will be issued that will be equal to the amount you have paid on your balance thus far, including the initial deposit minus 10% for restocking. Your original ticket receipt and a valid government-issued photo identification must be presented for this store credit to be issued. If you are unable to present your original ticket receipt and a valid government-issued photo identification for any reason, you forfeit your right to receive any compensation for your layaway order, including, but not limited to, a refund, store credit, or exchange. Store credit that is issued as a result of a forfeited layaway will expire thirty days after the date the store credit is issued.
Custom Items do no qualify for the Layaway Program
If you should wish to modify your original layaway order in any way, including, but not limited to, removing an item, adding an item, you are required to enter a new Layaway Agreement which will reflect those changes. Upon modification to your original order and after a new Layaway Agreement has been created, the previous Layaway Agreement shall be canceled and rendered unenforceable. All modifications are subject to approval by Elev8 Glass Gallery.
You can cancel this layaway program at any time. If you choose to cancel the layaway program you will forfeit 10% of the initial cost of the item for restocking purposes. All other monies paid will be issued as a store credit. No money will be refunded to the customer.
A layaway order will be forfeited if the customer fails to pay a minimum monthly payment by the end of the seven-day grace period that is allotted after the end of each month. Upon forfeit of the layaway, any and all items within the layaway order will be returned to stock. The initial deposit and any subsequent payments will not be refunded. A store credit will be issued if the item(s) qualify for such compensation. For more information about store credit, see paragraphs entitled “Forfeited Layaway” and “Custom Items”.
