Baller Series Heater - Ruby Ball Conversion Kit for DBV

I was skeptical, but spent $88 + shipping to upgrade my 10 year old Da Buddha. It makes a significant improvement - fuller draws. I'd purchase this again.

I bought one of these after seeing your videos on it and not knowing much about them. This was so much easier on my throat. I wish I had known this years ago. My old DBV is my new favorite! And Theresa gave me top notch customer service. I cannot recommend this product enough to people. I was under the impression this was all about taking massive hits. For me it is about getting great hits at noon temp instead of scorching my throat at 3.

I purchased my original Surfer 10 years or more ago and have been a consistent user since then. On two occasions that I can recall I have sent the unit back for repairs and got excellent customer care . Because of my love of the Silver Surfer , I purchased a Da Buddha for my father-in-law several years ago. When he passed it ended up being built into my work desk. That is all to say I thought dry herb vaporizing through a 7thfloor product was pretty neato all on its own. After hearing about ball vaporizers and seeing that there had been a conversion made for my units, I decided to call out of curiosity. I was again given unbelievably excellent customer care and purchased a conversion for my Da Buddha. The difference in Vapor production is night and day. If you are an owner of one of these units, I strongly urge you to contact customer care and give them an opportunity to explain the benefits you may be able to get from an already great experience.

DBV has been my daily driver since 2010 and this just took it to the next level. The bowl is heated very evenly from edge to center with this mod, compared to stock there is little or no need to stir the bowl anymore between hits. It also extracts a lot more in one hit than it does stock. It does not affect airflow / draw resistance noticeably either, still a very free breathing vape. If anything could be improved it's the included cap. The heater cover has a ground glass joint for the cap but the cap itself did not have that. It still fits okay but it would feel smoother/better if it had the ground glass.

I enjoy this vaporizer; during a movie, I can have a lengthy vaping session, achieving 70 to 80 minutes (1 movie) of non-stop hits with 0.5 grams of material (averaging 1 hit per minute, with a total of 3 bowls x 0.170 grams). Afterward, I came across the Baller Series Heater and was among the first to order it. I loved it so much that I acquired a second DBV to have both versions available on my desk. Sometimes I start with the classic one, and after 10 or 15 hits, I switch to the Baller Series Heater. The Baller Series Heater DBV surpasses my other ball vapes, leading me to sell my B0 and TIODW ball vapes as I no longer use them.
