There are few accidents more tragic for a glass collector than the loss of a well-loved and trusted bong, rig, or pipe. Trust us, we know the feeling, it sucks! That's why we came up with the Phoenix Oath Glass Replacement Plan. Our customers love it and we bet you will too!
The Phoenix Oath Glass Replacement Plan is a glass warranty or insurance program from your family at Elev8 Distribution. This is an optional plan that you can purchase as an add-on for many of your favorite Elev8 Glass and Elev8 Premier products. Just select the Phoenix Oath option on the product before adding it to your cart, and once you check out you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that if your new glass ever breaks Elev8 Distribution will cover half of the cost to replace the piece!
The Phoenix Oath Glass Replacement Plan is available on almost all of our Elev8 Glass products, as well as on many of our hand-crafted Elev8 Premier glass products. Make sure to register your Phoenix Oath coverage by first logging into your Elev8GlassGallery.com account, and then click the "REGISTER" button above and provide the needed information.
Once your Phoenix Oath Glass Replacement Plan has been registered, just login to your account and click the "FILE A CLAIM" button above to claim the coverage on your broken piece. You must be signed into the same account that you were signed into when you registered your Phoenix Oath coverage. After your claim has been filed we will contact you directly to provide a coupon code for your next piece. Do you want Phoenix Oath coverage on the replacement piece as well? No problem! You'll just have to pay 8% of the product's MSRP to get additional coverage for the new piece.
Phoenix Oath Warranty Details
- Phoenix Oath coverage can be added to any eligible product for an additional 8% of the product's MSRP.
- The price for Phoenix Oath coverage is always 8% of the product's MSRP, not the sale or discount price
- Phoenix Oath coverage is typically redeemed as a coupon code which takes 50% of the product's MSRP off of the purchase price of the new/replacement product.
- Example: You want to buy a product with an MSRP of $100. You get a 10% discount so the product costs you $90. In order to get Phoenix Oath coverage on this product you will pay an additional 8% of the product's MSRP, so the total you will pay for the product and coverage is $98 ($90 sale price + $8 which is 8% of the $100 MSRP). If this piece breaks you will get a coupon code for $50 off of any eligible Phoenix Oath product as this is 50% of the original product's MSRP. You can use this $50 to cover half of the price of an exact replacement, or you can use it to upgrade to a more expensive piece.
- When you purchase the replacement piece or upgrade you can purchase Phoenix Oath coverage for that replacement piece or upgrade. So if you pay 8% of the replacement product's MSRP to get Phoenix Oath coverage then you will be covered again in the event of another breakage. This is why we call it the Phoenix Oath: your glass can be reborn again and again.
- Phoenix Oath coverage can be purchased for almost all Elev8 Glass, as well as select Elev8 Premier glass, including glass components for Elev8 Vaporizers products like the Silver Surfer Vaporizer and Da Buddha Vaporizer.
- In order to purchase Phoenix Oath coverage for a product, you must select the option on the individual product before adding it to your cart. The image below shows an example of what the option looks like, this is available on any products that are eligible for Phoenix Oath coverage. Once selected you should see the price of the product increase by 8%.

- You have 7 days from the initial purchase of a product to add Phoenix Oath coverage to that product. If you decide that you want to add Phoenix Oath coverage within 7 days of purchase, give us a call at 719-570-9928.
- Make sure you have your order number handy as we will need it to verify the purchase date.
- You must register your Phoenix Oath coverage within 7 days of receiving the product, to register click the "REGISTER" button above.

- How do I redeem my warranty?
- Easy-peasy! Just go to www.phoenixoath.com and click the "FILE A CLAIM" button to fill out the claim form. Please note you must upload a picture of your broken glass. Your claim will be reviewed and approved in a timely fashion!
