I don't leave reviews but im recently jobless so all i have it time apparently. I will be honest I am picky with products. I don't like spending money on things then finding out I hate it only to be stuck with it. pros: 1. Heats up quickly enough. Heat it up faster by turning the temp knob all the way up for a bit then down to your desired temp. 2. Sturdy- The carrying case is well padded, the glass parts are well protected. I didn't caliper the glass but its thick enough. 3. rips like a champ- with the baller upgrade this thing can one hit extract an entire spherical bowl. Also gentle enough for longer extractions over more pulls how I prefer. 4. Spherical ground glass- I gotta be honest I thought it was just marketing BS but frankly after using the hands free circular ground I will never go back to conical. It gives it just enough play and movement to keep disasters from happening and still keeping air tight. Cons 1. I get the not having a temp screen, i really do. But can we please at least get an option for people like me? 2. the unit I ordered was a cosmetic second but im still trying to figure out why because it came in perfect condition. I guess thats a pro not a con? 3. The bowl size- I know the spherical ground bowl size is "the biggest" other than the 29mm or whatever. But for people like me who are all day users.... I am repacking the thing constantly. For most people this is probably not an issue. If your tolerance isn't stupid(tolerance is a con not a pro), then its probably not an issue. Overall Solid 4/5 product. You wont be upset if you spend your money.

This thing is perfect. I don't know why it is a cosmetic second. The level of quality they hold themselves to must be extremely high. Works every bit as well as the hype suggests. Customer service is the best. Packed very well, quick delivery. Zero complaints. Not even constructive criticism.

I have zero regrets buying this item. It works amazing. It takes a little time to figure our the temp. I'm 3 weeks post op from Chiari brain surgery. I knew I wanted to smoke to help with pain but I absolutely can not cough. It hurts and could cause another surgery. I'm also a recovering addict and want to avoid being on painkillers and benzos for the least time possible. This is so smooth. I can vape and it gives me an extra hour, sometimes 2 passed my next dose of pills. I absolutely love it. Plus Chiari Malformation ribbon color is Purple. I ended up with a purple base
