13 years old this Christmas, still working 1 of two SSV units. Upgraded from conical to spherical, and bought a second classic SSV unit and and EOK dab dish, run dual SSV's now: 1 spherical, 2nd EOK dab dish. Most excellent infinitely variable. I use a wattmeter to adjust for line voltage variations. 12/23/2010 is when I bought the 1st one. 24/7 excellent for flower, dabs, hash, just use flavor disc or flower with the stickiest dabs. Pow, zoom, to the moon! Nice hits.

Upgraded to the baller series...all i have to say is wow!!! Definitely changes completely but still feels the same,absolutely love it. I mean i KNEW the silver surfer was the best, but now i KNOW its the best. Long live the silver surfer, the company will always be known as 7th floor to me

Love my Silver Surfer, bought in 2007 and going strong ever since. Now I have the baller upgrade and love it. I can hit it as hard as I want and can't overwhelm it.

I've had this unit on, without turning it off once, on full heat, for 3 years straight. It was my very first plug-in vape and it is still my go-to. Reliability!
